[Scan-DC] Marine VHF channel 63A

Am hearing what sounds to be a LE Agency utilizing Marine channel 63 (156.175) last heard talking to Ocean City< MD about sending PD to the rt50 bridge, This morning heard reference to an MSP car to handle. Could not catch the dispatch name but it was car 143/
Any ideas anyone? Maybe Natural Resources Police?
I'm located in Rural Kent County between Milford and Harrington. Rcvr is a Icom M422 utilizing a 3 ft marine whip about 28 ft in the air.
