I've been listening, and I think it's a retirement home (they had a call for
housekeeping to clean up after a resident who had gone to the bathroom on a
chair). I've heard a reference to the "Rose Court," which seems to be one of
their buildings, or a section of a building. Riderwood Village is a
retirement home, so it might be the culprit.
