This might be a shot in the dark, but does anyone know who uses 462.5000 [
d155]? They mentioned "Robin's Nest." I believe I heard this on the east
side of town (somewhere on Metro Red Line between Union Station and Takoma).
Out of possibilities from FCC database, I don't think it's Watson Place
(confirmed on DCS 606), Silver Spring Corp. (probably uses DCS 703),
Fairmont Hotel (too far away), or American Protective Service (probably uses
CTCSS 156.7). That leaves Boston Properties (Metropolitan Square Building
in downtown DC) or Riderwood Village in Silver Spring. Riderwood doesn't
have a Robin's Nest restaurant, but another retirement community owned by
the same company does--interesting.

Could you guys give it a listen and let me know if you hear any other
possibly-identifying info? Thanks.

Here's the list of FCC licenses in the DC area from
