[Scan-DC] Small plane down in Gaithersburg

The plane is a single engine 4 seat cirrus that has it's own parachute - the pilot realizing he was too low pulled the parachute and dropped straight to the ground, initially dropping on a box truck and then landing on the street. On the scene the parachute is stuck up in the air so you can see the full shute. The tail number on the plane N213CP and comes back to a holding company in kalamazoo michigan. Waiting on the scene for invesitgators - pilot, even though walking around after the crash was taken as a precaution to suburban trauma.
