[Scan-DC] Half a submarine going past the window?

In case anyone is still wondering, someone just posted on my blog the  
following:

"It is the bow section of a submarine. We were towing it from Newport  
News Shipyard to Electric Boat in Groton, CT. It’s sitting on the jack- 
up barge “Sea Shuttle”. Nice Shot."

I guess I wasn't crazy
