[Scan-DC] Wind shear makes interesting National airport towerlistening

Yeah, nuts to that!  What frequency - I guess approach, right?  I have the tower frequency programmed in, 119.1 I think it is, but don't usually hear a whole lot on it out here...

All the big (major) airports have wind shear detection systems now, don't they?
