[Scan-DC] PRO-197 Update

Beside the USB link, the GRE has a significantly superior manual, with about 
4X as much material as the RS.  GRE website also list firmware updates but 
that may not be meaniful since the RS came with the latest rev

Then there's the name.  When explaining digital trunking to the unwashed I 
would prefer to say radio is a GRE.  Saying RS sorta deflates whatever 
postive impression of the hobby you were trying to convey.

That said, when the RS is selling for $200 less, RS it is.

Wayll... more like the GREs are at an advantage, only because both the Shack 
and Uniden ones don't come with the cable... but if the RS one goes on sale 
again that advantage goes away.  The RS ones seem to be the only ones to 
ever go on sale - at least, I should say I've never seen the Unidens on sale 
anywhere - I _believe_ GRE only recently started selling under their own 
name - at any rate not sure about them as far as sale prices.
