[Scan-DC] PRO-197 Update

Wayll... more like the GREs are at an advantage, only because both the Shack and Uniden ones don't come with the cable... but if the RS one goes on sale again that advantage goes away.  The RS ones seem to be the only ones to ever go on sale - at least, I should say I've never seen the Unidens on sale anywhere - I _believe_ GRE only recently started selling under their own name - at any rate not sure about them as far as sale prices.
