[Scan-DC] PRO-197 Update

Better yet!  In fact, just what I was hoping for!

One thing that I'm guilty of is often forgetting some of the resources we have, such as MT, henney.com and the CHMs, and the radioreference wiki.

I salute all of you who work with these tools - thanks, Larry!
