[Scan-DC] Digital tv/radio

The original question (mine) was is there a portable audio-only product
that will receive TV post-digital conversion. A friend of mine (and other
people) listen to TV audio in places like buses and metro, where a product
with a display would be too intrusive, and too big. A key requirement is
to run off batteries for portable use. $100 would probably be a
reasonable price, the equivalent of a digital scanner would not.
