[Scan-DC] Half a submarine going past the window?

Sure does look like 1/2 a submarine.  Looks too big to be the part that 
goes under the bow of a ship but-----

Begs the question---what the H- - - is 1/2 aq sub doing in the Bay and 
wher's the other half?
