The UH-1s from 1st Helo Sqdn usually have white stripe along the top.

My guess would be an FBI or US Customs chopper. Couiple of them were 
floating around the area today.

tail numbers, but it did say United States of America Across the Side. 
There were no other indications of the agency, no one got on or off the
