[Scan-DC] Helo

My guess is a US Air Force UH-1 (callsign Mussel) VIP chopper from the 89th
Airlift Wing at Andrews AFB.  They do a lot of familiarization flights
around the area, stopping at all the various landing sites that theyre
required to know about for medevacs/emergencies etc...
