[Scan-DC] Railfanning the Circus Train

It varies, but usually the passenger coaches get parked at the NS Yard off
of Van Dorn Street in Alexandria. (Right near the Van Dorn Metro Station)
and the flats with equipment and supplies are offloaded and stored at
Benning Yard in DC, by the Anacostia waterfront park.

That can vary depending on track availability, but as I recall, the circus
train last year was totally tied down Benning Yard, with the coaches and
all. And they have a small army of CSX police and private security guards
protecting the train, especially with the neighborhood surrounding Benning
Yard being like it is, so don't expect to get a chance to see it while it's
parked there.

Usually when it's in Alexandria, you can take photos from the Van Dorn
Street overpass, but Alexandria police can be rather hornery about it when
they want to be. I've never had any problems with getting photos of it from
the overpass, but I've only tried it twice.
