[Scan-DC] Railfanning the Circus Train

There was a show called Extreme Trains and they did a thing on the Circus
Train.

They don't own the train they RENT. So if they were in DC expect a CSX
train. For my area RI/Central MA/Boston they use Providence Worcester and
CSX. Good luck on getting any info out of CSX but PWRR told me when and
where they park.
