[Scan-DC] DCFD using E56 & E76

The DC station that quarters E16, T3, A16 and Btl. 6 is in the block next to where I work. It's the busiest station in DC and I watch them run all the time. Monday and Tuesday the only engine I saw running calls from there was E56 and it appeared to be a DC rig. I assume that E16 was either out of service, or assigned elsewhere, and that E56 is a reserve rig that was replacing it.
Also, I found the most useful TGs (freqs) to listen to yesterday were MPDC's Citywide 2 and USPP's Channel 1. They were non-stop with crowd problems, medical emergencies, lost people, etc.

Arlington and Alexandria no longer use the 70 and 50 series designators. Arlington is n the 100s and Alex in the 200s
