[Scan-DC] DCFD using E56 & E76

Arlington and Alexandria no longer use the 70 and 50 series designators.  Arlington is n the 100s and Alex in the 200s

DCFD seems to be using E56 and Paramedic Engine 76 on downtown calls today. Are
these units from Arlington and Alexandria? Or special inauguration units? Or
regular units?

Suspicious package call got - E56 + Tower 3 + Squad 1 + Medic 7 + Amb 15 +
HazMat Unit

Asthma call at 781 7th St NW got E2 + PME76 + A16
