CNN just posted within last 10 minutes about the person struck by METRO,
says she was on the tracks, but doesn't say how she got there. Given what
we've been hearing about the massive crowds on the METRO platforms, I'd
hazard the guess that she was pushed off in a crowd surge.
Barriers appear to be getting toppled over in some spots allowing
unrestricted access to the mall, police are slow to respond to the
barrier incursions from what I've been hearing. But when they do respond to
one incident with any sort of force, they have to leave another area
uncovered.
