If you can trunk P25 380, try the Ft Myer trunked system.  Lots of activity.

I'm amazed at the number of medical emergencies.  Sounds like a lot people who shouldn't be down there.

At one point I thought I heard them say on an NPS channel no more people allowed on the Mall, unless have a ticket (9:50am), but haven't heard anything further, so maybe I misheard.

Also, Metro advised a woman struck by a train at Gallery Place/Chinatown.  That is about 10-15 minutes old now.
