868.0125 (TAC 94?), and 867.5125, both FM repeater outputs. 5 miles north of I-495 off of US29 - 868.0125 is fair signal strength on a rubber duck antenna and 867.5125 is weak but readable.

The freqs being tested are being set up by units "NCR 70X" IDs, NCR 700, 703, etc. They are testing repeater coverage, and once discussed moving the repeater to the other side of the building.

add 168.35 P25 to the active channels.
