[Scan-DC] Win 500 question - programming WMATA and other UHF systems

I got one of the inexpensive pro-106 radio from radio shack - well worth the
money.

I'm having trouble getting the settings in Win 500 to work for WMATA. I also
tried Walter Reed and a couple of others, but No Joy.
