[Scan-DC] tower install

I find it interesting that while I was applying for my permit yesterday we had wind gusts around 40 miler per hour and all of the traffic lights were out in Rockville around the permit office, not to mention all the trees down and thousand without power and I have to build a tower that will withstand 90 mph winds! Go Figure! Montgomery County has never had 90 mph winds.
