I heard on the news yesterday that President elect Obama and his family 
will be riding a train (didn't say which one...) into Wilmington 
Delaware to pick up Vice President elect Biden and his family, stop off 
in Baltimore then move onto DC (presumably stopping at Union Station).

Might be some interesting listening on the RR freqs, if someone can find 
the train they are using and it's not all encrypted....73 Mike
