[Scan-DC] Check this out, scanner buffs...

Two businesses come up on Google -

An architectural design firm, and a Disaster Restoration company. 

There's a problem, though. It used to be that you were allowed to listen to
anything you wanted, but you had to keep the contents of the communications
private and avoid taking financial advantage of it. Is this old rule still
in effect?
