[Scan-DC] DCFD/EMS Simulcast

Has anyone else noticed that the DCFD/EMS Simulcast has been down over the
past week or so? I have never been able to hear the MPD one, but now I can't
hear DCFD. I guess it's time to invest in a APCO 25 w/ Trunktracker.
