[Scan-DC] Arlington now using GPS in PD vehicles (it seems)

For the first time ever, I heard an Arlington PD dispatcher tonight refer to 
the GPS location of one of their cruisers. Now that their digital APCO 
system is up and running, it seems that the county is starting to use GPS 
location technology. I always wondered why they hadn't done this years ago. 
If they're on their toes, it would seem that they could automatically assign 
units to a specific call based on their proximity to the action.
