  Probably. However I have close to a dozen MPD's unid tgids. Some 
are in that 20*** range. They also use the 19*** group for auto theft 
& auto intel.

MPD really does like to use previous unid tgid's. My problem is there 
is no available software that records tgid's for the GRE radios. I 
have a PSR500 which is a good enough scanner but without seperate 
tgid software recording for busy police/fire depts it's a losing 
battle. I also have a 996t which has better software options 
available re recording but I gave it to my brother.

All my MPD unid's are on my laptop which is not handy at the moment. 
I have quite a few in that 20*** range. Also there are some building 
security trans in that range. When I get to my laptop I'll have a look.
