Andy,

The 409.4250 frequency is part of the LTR PassPort system used at the
Zoo for police/staff.  That's why it has the "key-ups" every few
seconds.  418.4250 is the input to 409.4250 (most fed repeaters
between 406-411 MHz now have inputs 9 MHz higher).
