[Scan-DC] Police-involved shooting in Montgomery?

I heard similar transmissions yesterday morning on TG 32272 (might be remembering that wrong, RR listed it as Major Incident 6 or something similar).  Based on the various scenarios that came up in a short amount of time, and how the dispatcher handled some of the transmissions, I figured it was a training exercise for her.

County Police have been doing a lot of training, for either officers
or dispatchers, on the "Major Incident" talkgroups [32112 through
32272].  Lots of robbery/assault/shooting incidents with twists thrown in to test the trainees.  I'm hoping it was one of these training
sessions & not an actual incident
