[Scan-DC] Police-involved shooting in Montgomery?

County Police have been doing a lot of training, for either officers
or dispatchers, on the "Major Incident" talkgroups [32112 through
32272].  Lots of robbery/assault/shooting incidents with twists thrown
in to test the trainees.  I'm hoping it was one of these training
sessions & not an actual incident
