[Scan-DC] CSX Train Derailment Point of Rocks, MD

Second hand info, but word has it that CSX derailed a pair of autoracks
(auto-carriers) in the interlocking at Point of Rocks, Maryland.  2 racks on
their sides, and fouling up the Metropolitan Subdivision West End.  Not sure
of the status of the Old Main Line Subdivision, though I hear there's a
pretty bad "Sun Kink" or Thermal Mis-Alignment in the rails.
