Thanks Mike, and congrats on the contract.  I'm in the process of compiling a list from the info on RadioReference, expect to have it done within the week and will submit it to them at that time.  I'm in Mtgy and have their 800 talkgroups there programmed into the digital scanners, and you're right, the audio is definitely poor!
