[Scan-DC] National Park Service--163.3375 and 169.7750

Anyone have insight as to what's going on with the NPS and frequencies
163.3375 and 169.7750?  I monitored a brief P25 conversation on these
two freqs from Gravelly Point.  One seemed to be the input and the
other the output of the same channel, or maybe they were both repeater
outputs in a simulcast setup.  One unit was calling "Great Falls 800,"
so these frequencies appear to be used for C&O Canal.

By the way, the NAC for both frequencies is 4C5, which seems to be the
NAC of choice for the Park Service in the DC area...

P.S.  The 168.3000 [141.3] frequency is still in use for the C&O
Canal, as there was mention of Point of Rocks.  And then there's the
166.9500 frequency, which is also supposedly for the Canal.  How does
it all fit together...??
