I get that from time to time. I can't always figure how to make the
filter happy.

"We" (Alexandria) didn't get much rain. I gather MoCo got more. It
sounded as if a creek proved higher than anticipated. I remember maybe
two years ago, a kid or some kids got washed away up around Frederick or
Thurmont. It was just a creek they must have crossed a hundred times.
