Firstly, I need to apologize for my post before. I had no intention of insulting anyone.

1st Responder has the same deal. A junior dispatcher cannot send something directly to the system - and a senior dispatcher must proof it before it goes out.

 Oddly enough, as a long time BNN reporter (since, oh, 1994 or so...)
I've never heard of 1stResponderwirelessnews.   Did they replace one of
the other 'companies' that come and go?

  It's a good outfit, but BNN does require the new or 'junior' reporter
be 'vetted' prior to just firing things all over the pager.  This can be
annoying to some, but the process works for the most part.

reporting bad news. I would stick with 1st Responder.
