[Scan-DC] Arlington Project 25

After I saw this post, I finally programmed the Arlington digital system
into my 396T (I listen to their analog system constantly on my 246T). I set
up a recording/logging program, and after 48 hours of continuous monitoring,
I have not received one single transmission. I did this in both ID search
and ID scan mode (using the RR TGIDs). Does this sound right? I programmed
the 396T using automatic data import from RR, through the bcTool program. Is
it possible that RR is wrong, or I have somehow managed to program it wrong
anyway?

Is there someway to know, looking at the 396T display, whether it really is
connected to a trunk system? The signal strength reading is full scale. I
know in analog mode though it can look like it's scanning a trunked system
even though I'm hundreds of miles away.

Thanks!
Andy

Steve,

No, they're not using it yet, as far as police/fire are concerned.
There are many "local government" users on it, however. Just listened
tonight at Gravelly Point.
