[Scan-DC] A little off-topic - Multilator?

A little off-topic, I guess, since it concerns emergency equipment rather than radios, but... I was looking at the PowerPoint presentation on Montgomery County's new MedCareSupU (see post from the other day, http://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/content/FireRescue/dcQuicklinks/), and I see on slide #9 that it's equipped with 4 "multilators". Anybody here know what a multilator is? (Yeah, yeah, I'm going to google it as soon as I finish this... shoulda done that first!) I have an idea what it might be... but when I first read it, I thought it said that the vehicle was equipped with 4 "mutilators", which would seem to be a useful thing for a medical support unit. Haha.
