[Scan-DC] Annoying Alert Tone on DCFD 154.190

If it was in FS mode you would be hearing more traffic than normal.

Does anyone use TRUNKER with a DISCRIM tap. Because when you monitor it
there should be something to say when it goes into FS mode.

I'm told that when "Muttgummery" does this, it means that the 800 digital
trunked system has gone into failsoft mode.
