[Scan-DC] Random Annapolis bits

1) I think CAP went up about 9:17.  Saw 2xF-16's hightailing out of Andrews.

2) Multiple motorcades heading out of DC today.  Saw a couple 4-car 
(2 police, limo, suv).  Of note is that the Anne Arundel County 
Police were providing a vehicle for the rear, so you might want to 
add their frequencies to your lists, even in DC proper.

3) Heavy police presence at the Mandarin Oriental, especially near 
the railroad trestle on Maine Avenue.  Also presence at Ritz Carlton. 
No change in police activity at local Holiday Inns and Super 8s, so 
you can probably gather where the delegates are staying.
