[Scan-DC] current Guard Dog CAP

As documented over on the Maryland sticky thread forum, we have a Guard Dog CAP over Thurmont until the 24th.
Main freqs seem to be 260.9 (Huntress), 350.25 (Guard Dog ZDC) and 135.525 (also Guard Dog). I didn't have
much of a chance to validate the last one as I've been busy getting packed for a Turkey Day trip, but that's
a very common freq during CAPs. They usually shut down ops around 11pm or so.

Fighter callsign is Sonic - per TinEar, this is a new call for the F22s at Langley, 94th Fighter Squadron, 1st Fighter Wing, Keep an ear out - I'd like to think someone else besides the Sonic flights will have to give
up a part of their Turkey day, too, but who knows...

I will try to get out as many .csv file requests tomorrow morning as I receive; I will be away until Friday sometime. I will get all other requests received in between as soon as I can.
