[Scan-DC] Gathering -- First Try

I'm planning on it, will probably be there around 1200.  I'm about 6', 210 pounds (arrgh), "middle-aged" (I guess!), lt brown hair (I guess), will be in a black police package Impala.

I may not bring the BC-55 since it doesn't have the aircraft band, but the 796 will be in the car.
