Probably a heckuva lot more than just that. Everything from site coverage surveys, new equipment (cavity filters, controllers, transmitters, new links) - man the list is huge. It's going to be a lot of work, for sure.

'400 Mhz tower' is undoubtedly a little uneducated hyperbole on the part of the writer. For a pub that's 
read by the general public, it's probably as accurate as you can get in a general sense. But for those that
will be involved, probably causes a few chuckles....73s Mike
