I've seen one of those. It wasn't a KC-135 I saw. Does anyone remember,
must have been several months by now, there was some practice exercise in
which a KC-135 was being escorted by F-16s at its wingtips? Not knowing
what was going on, I saw that fly over. I was greatly perplexed.
