I believe they have adopted the Commonwealth's new Interopabilty Radio codes. 

Signal 1 is Officer in Immediate/Life Threatening Trouble
Signal 2 is Requesting Backup Non emergnency 
Signal 3 is Taking Subject into Custody
Signal 4 is Relaying Sensitive or Confidential Information
