If this were limited to Montfunkery County (MD), I wouldn't have the 
slightest doubt that it's another fascist thing like their new mobile 
revenue cameras and silly distracting traffic message boards about the 
revcams and seatbelts.

Maryland is for idiots.

Sorry, I guess this is getting a little off topic, I just managed to stop 
myself from ranting about some of their other stupid tricks.
