[Scan-DC] Wash DC MPD Trunk Info

Al,

The 603d listing (DC FD & PD) on RR is actually ***TWO*** different systems.
Place the 800 freqs in one system, and the 453/460 freqs in another system.
The 800 system is the normal Type II 800, but the 453/460 system uses custom
mapping that contains two bases/offsets.

  I'm having a heck' a' va time getting anything on my BCD996T as far as the
mpd/fire/ems trans.

I'm using the setup from the RR site but without any results. Is there maybe
a control channel missing or anything else I'm not inputting correctly ?

I get Scan-DC via the digest method so if anyone responds to list please c/c
me at my email.

   Any advice appreciated.
