[Scan-DC] Railfans: extra rail traffic in Montgomery County?

A post at Trainorders.com suggests that, due to the snowfall in upstate
New York, many trains are being rerouted from that corridor to the
Cumberland-DC-Baltimore corridor. As there is more snow forecast for
upstate New York this week, things should be busy for the next few days. 

Try some of these frequencies, shown according to their Association of
American Railroads channel number:
