[Scan-DC] 143.800MHz activity

Iain, it's part of the CAP. That freq (143.8) is a preset for the 77th 
Fighter Squadron at Shaw - the unit with the duty over the holiday. The 
CAP is being logged in the radioreference.com MilAir thread here:
