[Scan-DC] 143.800MHz activity

I don't know if this is a new find,... or old hat.

I've been hearing activity on 143.800 AM this evening. Actually from 21:00 to
21:30 I was in the car, and trying to listen on an FM rig. Drat. They were
chatting from a full 30mins.

As of 22:00 I'm home and listening on an AM receiver. Less talkative now:

"Both external tanks are dry"
"Monuments look great"
"Reservoir is full"

I suspect it is CAP or Air-Air refuelling.
