[Scan-DC] UAL out of AAFB?

That would be the White House press charter.  Paya Lebar is the air field 
for, Bush's first stop, (not counting an AF1 refueling in Moscow), on his 
way to the Asian Pacific Economic Conference (APEC) in Vietnam.
